heARTflow Creative Inspiration Box:
CommUNITY Canvas Art Journal Workshop
Make your own journal with heARTflow Coach, Jina Daniels!
In this Inspiration Box, you’ll receive everything you need to create a one-of-a-kind journal utilizing up-cycled pieces of “commUNITY canvas” for the cover. You’ll receive a selection of different types of plain, patterned and even hand-made paper, card stock, stickers, Washi tape and other goodies to embellish your creation. Your kit will also include coordinating 100% natural hemp cord and a needle along with instructions for a simple book binding technique.

A portion of the proceeds from this workshop and all CommUNITY Canvas Art Project products are donated to a fund to provide scholarships for Kidi-Zen Art Programs youth in our local Jackson, MS community.
Course includes step-by-step tutorial videos and all of the materials needed to complete this project. No art or painting experience necessary.

Jina Daniels is a Life Artist passionate about sharing the process of self discovery and personal transformation through Creativity, Reiki, Yoga and Heart Coherence techniques. She is the founder of heARTflow Creative, co-founder of Jax-Zen Healing Arts Center, The CommUnity Canvas Art Studio & Kidi-Zen Art Camps located in Jackson Mississippi’s Midtown Arts District.
